About Us

LÍKHÂ was founded in 2020 by an Asian American woman artist who is passionate about promoting cultural diversity through art. After curating the "Sang Likha, 'Sang Lahi" exhibits in New York City and neighboring states for several years, we officially established the LÍKHÂ Art Gallery Café in 2022. This art gallery, which also offers cafe services, is located in the vibrant neighborhood of Hawthorne in Westchester, New York. In 2023, LÍKHÂ Gallery was launched, with its grand opening taking place in August 2024. We continue to inspire and cultivate our artistic community.

At LÍKHÂ Gallery, we pride ourselves on hosting a diverse array of creative events throughout the year. Our offerings include engaging artist talks that allow visitors to hear firsthand about the inspirations and processes behind the works on display. We also organize hands-on workshops that invite participants to explore their artistic skills and express their creativity in a supportive environment.

In addition to these activities, we feature special exhibitions that showcase both emerging and established artists, highlighting a variety of mediums and perspectives. Our goal is to create a welcoming space that fosters connection and dialogue around art, encouraging individuals from all walks of life to come together and participate.
